Our Commitment Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your item. To be eligible, items must be:
- In original condition — unworn, unused, and unaltered
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Contact us at hello@wellnessgiftco.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order separately.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
