Where We Ship Wellness Gift Co. currently ships within the United States only. International shipping will be available in the future.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by product and supplier:
- Standard orders: 6–14 business days
- Jewelry & personalized items (ShineOn): 7–14 business days
- Specialty wellness products (back stretcher, ankle/knee support): 10–15 business days
- Apparel & accessories: 7–14 business days
Please Note: These are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume or high-demand periods (holidays, etc.).
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@wellnessgiftco.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
